Sustainability
A strong emphasis is put into using repurposed and ‘upcycled’ materials; because every funky ‘60s tablecloth deserves a second life. In the works for 2010 is the launch of an organic line, featuring high-quality sustainable fabric. Ana Apple Designs’ studio + office space boasts minimal post-consumer waste. Scrap fabric, sewing materials and excess paper products are recycled and often reused in the construction of new products. Packaging is not only minimal, it is 99% reusable and recyclable. Heck, the hangtags can even be planted!
Affordability
Ana Apple Designs features one of a kind products at reasonable prices. Production overhead is kept relatively low in order to pass the savings on to the customer. That being said, AAD products are one (sometimes two) of a kind; prices reflect the value of owning a carefully designed, quality handcrafted piece that is uniquely your own.
